This is a 26-minute channeling that covers a lot of information.

The guides start off by having us evaluate March and notice what we accomplished. They say that accomplishments don't have to be physical in nature - that inner work, greater understandings, greater realizations are part of our accomplishments.

The guides also have us look at ourselves right now and notice where we feel full and need to siphon off some energy. We work with our body deva, Higher Self, or guides to help with this process.

Finally, the guides give us the word "equilibrium" to chew on for the month of April. What does our equilibrium state look like? How does it fluctuate depending upon life circumstances? And how can we emit that state to the world?

I find this to be a really nice grounding journey.
