When that happens, we may be acting from a place where our hearts, minds and bodies aren't integrated. This can leave us feeling anxious, unsettled, or like something is off about our actions.

In this 90-minute class, you'll learn practical tools to work with your brain and body so that you can accomplish tasks with greater ease.

The class covers:

  • meditation tools for time management

  • tools for combatting procrastination

  • partnering with your future Self

  • confronting imposter syndrome

  • heart-mind-body practices to experience a more integrated state
