I found this journey to be very interesting. Unlike any other month.

The guides had us play with a thought. See if we could observe it, energize it, allow it to reconstruct in some way. They also asked us to notice where we felt this thought in our body so that we could notice pathways in our system.

We also played with embodiment. The guides had us feel our body and notice it from an outside perspective. They said that this ability to be in ourselves, as well as notice ourselves objectively, helps us choose which activities, situations and relationships we wish to be a part of. And those which we wish to avoid.
