This is a beautiful 40-minute channeling in which the guides work with us to expand our body's consciousness.

The guides mention that many of us have chosen career paths in which we interact with people who are hungry for love, compassion, and authentic expression. We have the opportunity to model those qualities for others.

They also talk about how our greater work (our Purpose, if you will) feels juicy, exciting and sustaining. If we feel depleted or frustrated by our work or our work feels pointless, that's feedback for us that we may want to consider changing career paths to one that lights us up.

In this channeling, the guides have us spend a lot of time playing with our inner knowing and noticing where we experience that in our body. Can we identify it in a certain place or in a general area of our body?

Finally, we spend time connecting with others at the Soul level. We interact with other people and see what we notice at this greater level of connection.
